The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, emphasized that the government's focus would be on rectifying operational inefficiencies rather than reversing the deregulation policy. Why Adamu Garba wants the Universty of Nigeria Nsukka Renamed

Image
Adamu Garba, who is the spokesperson of the FG and arguably the unelected president of Nigeria who often speak on behalf of president Buhari, has taken to social media to mock Igbos with an ‘insider-joke’. Adamu Garba trolled Igbos by suggesting the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, should be renamed Queen Elizabeth II University in honour of the late Queen of England. Despite the sudden debate on social media questioning why Africans are morning the Queen of an Imperialist Empire that exploited them for many generations. To understand the nature of his trolling; Two days ago, a US professor of Igbo heritage Uju Anya wished Her Majesty an “excruciating death” hours before her death was announced. She gave her reasons for expressing such disdain for the English monarch because of the part the British actively played in supporting the Nigeria government in the Biafra Civil Conflict where 3 million people were lost (mostly due to starvation). The Igbo wanted independence from Nigeria, while...

46 years old man violates a friends 7 years old deaf daughter

Image
Mr. Ifeanti Atogu (suspect) Is this betrayal motivated by ritual/superstition or mental disorder? This is the face of Ifeanyi Atogu who was arrested for violating the 7 years old deaf and dumb daughter of his friend. He is from Ofenta Nsugbe in Anambra East LGA. His confession is currently being investigated at the Anambra State criminal examination office. The Commotional of Police is said to have taken interest in the case but there is a small possibility that the accused might find a way to go free (due to the corrupt culture practice in Nigeria). Even though he confessed to the crime, he has yet to be charged to court. Nothing has been mentioned about therapy for the deaf and dumb girl (who might not get adequate mental help). If god forbids, she manifest certain behaviours later in life (due to this trauma), it would be blamed on the devil. The suspect has already attributed his action to the devil. As of the time of this report; the devil has not yet be summoned by the pol...
